Northern Irish Two Door Cinema Club’s release Beacon is,in my opinion, one of the best overall Irish releases of 2012.
This power-pop band rocks… even if it pops. And they kinda sound like Interpole’s less serious little brother.
I love most of the CD, but the rock-out bit in this song has had me bopping around the place like a fool. So now it’s your turn…
The creator, DJ and overall operator of Paddy-Whacked Radio, a labor of love operating since 2006. Also a Geology major (BS), Technician and Presenter at the Sciworks Planetarium in Winston-Salem, father of three AMAZING kids (who like my music), Star Wars nerd, and a darn good cook. Originally from Boston, now living in North Carolina where the show is broadcast from WQFS, Guilford College radio in Greensboro.
